Social Thinking

What is Social Thinking?

The capacity to analyse your own and other people’s ideas, feelings, beliefs, intentions, knowledge, and so on in order to understand and respond to information in your mind and maybe via social behavioural interactions.

The Social Thinking Methodology offers evidence-based ways to help people ages four to adult increase their social competencies, flexible thinking, and social problem-solving skills.

As well as improve:

  • Conversation & social connection
  • Executive functioning
  • Friendship & relationship development
  • Perspective taking
  • Self-regulation
  • Social Thinking Vocabulary

Our lessons assist people in better understanding themselves and others in order to better navigate the social environment, nurture relationships, and enhance their performance at school, home, and job. Our one-of-a-kind tools simplify difficult social ideas (such as perspective-taking) into manageable chunks that may be employed in any situation.
